What is the Payment Mode Available? We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, UPI, Bank Transfer, and COD (Cash on Delivery)
What are the modes of refund available? If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net banking account. For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, we make the refund to your Bank Account. Your details which we require for the refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code. Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.
What is the return policy of Garden Deco? Send us photos and unboxing videos of damaged products through the registered email ID to gardendecoindia@gmail.com. Stickers with the product’s name damaged parts of the product and stickers of Garden Deco must be visible in a single photo. It’s mandatory to share the images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
How do I cancel an order? You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, do not accept delivery of the product in case the delivery is attempted for such canceled order. Your refund will be processed once the seller receives the originally ordered item back from the courier after adjusting the shipping costs incurred.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you. You can only place a request for a return.
What is the order Cancellation policy of Garden Deco? Customer can cancel their order before dispatch, by clicking on the “Return Request” given on the website or by writing a mail to gardendecoindia@gmail.com or he/she can call @9216569600 from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
Do you have COD available on your website? Yes, we offer COD facilities all over India wherever it is supported via our courier partners.
